1、协助战斗策划负责人，参与游戏战斗系统的设计与优化，包括战斗机制、角色技能、怪物AI、战斗节奏、打击反馈等核心内容的策划与落地； 2、负责战斗相关文档的撰写与维护，如技能描述文档、怪物设定文档、战斗规则文档等，确保文档清晰、规范，便于开发团队理解与执行； 3、配合数值策划完成战斗数值的适配与调优，参与战斗玩法的测试与验收，收集玩家反馈和测试数据，提出战斗体验优化建议； 4、参与战斗相关创意头脑风暴，结合游戏品类特点，设计具有趣味性、差异性的战斗玩法，提升玩家战斗体验与沉浸感； 5、配合美术、程序等团队，推进战斗玩法的落地实现，解决开发过程中出现的战斗相关问题，确保战斗系统正常运行。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，游戏设计、数字媒体、计算机、动画等相关专业优先； 2、深度体验过各类ARPG游戏，对战斗系统有深入研究，能清晰拆解不同游戏的战斗机制、技能设计逻辑，具备良好的玩法敏感度； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维、创意能力和文字表达能力，能清晰梳理战斗玩法逻辑，准确撰写策划文档； 4、了解游戏开发基本流程，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，学习能力强，能快速适应项目需求，积极配合团队完成任务。
