La posizione di Fashion Advisor è fondamentale nel contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e nel rafforzare l’immagine della Maison all’interno della Boutique. Il Fashion Advisor garantisce un’esperienza di acquisto distintiva, esclusiva e in linea con i valori e gli standard di eccellenza della Maison, offrendo un servizio di consulenza personalizzato e attento alle esigenze della clientela.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Esperienza Cliente: Accogliere ogni cliente offrendo un percorso di acquisto unico e memorabile, in piena conformità con gli standard qualitativi e le linee guida della Maison.
  • Relazione e Fidelizzazione: Creare e consolidare relazioni di fiducia durature, ponendo al centro l’ascolto attivo, la cura del dettaglio e la promozione della fidelizzazione.
  • Sviluppo della Clientela: Sviluppare proattivamente il portafoglio clienti, sia locale che internazionale, valorizzando tutte le creazioni della Maison, con particolare attenzione al segmento RTW.
  • Eccellenza Operativa: Rispettare puntualmente le procedure aziendali e utilizzare con competenza gli strumenti dedicati al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
  • Ambassador della Maison: Promuovere l’immagine, i valori e l’identità della Maison, rappresentandola come un vero Ambassador in ogni interazione, sia all’interno che all’esterno della Boutique. Mantenere elevati standard di rappresentanza e aderire alle linee guida su grooming e comportamento.
  • Collaborazione e Ambiente di Lavoro: Collaborare attivamente con il Team per contribuire a un ambiente di lavoro positivo, dinamico e orientato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni.

Requisiti: ​

  • Motivazione e forte interesse a lavorare nel settore della Moda e del Lusso, con attenzione ai dettagli e alle tendenze.
  • Eccellenti capacità relazionali e comunicative, con naturale predisposizione al dialogo e alla continua interazione con interlocutori diversi in un contesto multiculturale.
  • Precedente esperienza in un ruolo simile nella realtà Retail o Luxury.
  • Forte curiosità e desiderio costante di apprendimento e crescita personale.
  • Spirito di squadra e collaborazione.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la padronanza di una seconda lingua straniera è un plus.
