La recherche et l’innovation Chanel Parfums Beauté sont au service de la Création. Au sein de 5 centres de recherche regroupant plus de 250 scientifiques, chaque métier dédie son temps à la connaissance des femmes et de leur peau et à la recherche de performance pour créer les produits Chanel de demain.

Au sein de la Direction Transformations Durables de notre Centre de R&D, vous intégrerez notre équipe en charge de l’évaluation de l’Eco-conception des matières premières cosmétiques.

Ce stage s’inscrit dans la démarche RSE portée par les équipes R&D et vise à faire des critères environnementaux un levier concret d’innovation dès la conception des formules. En collaboration avec les équipes de développement, vous contribuerez à structurer et déployer une approche d’évaluation de l’éco-conception appliquée à notre portefeuille de produits.

MISSIONS

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront de :

Participer à la collecte, à la consolidation et à l’analyse des données nécessaires à l’évaluation de la performance environnementale de nos formules,

Contribuer à la définition d’indicateurs de performance pertinents pour piloter l’éco-conception des produits,

Définir une baseline environnementale pour l’ensemble de notre portefeuille Soin et Maquillage,

Identifier, à partir de cette baseline, des objectifs d’amélioration réalistes pour les formules de demain.

PROFIL

Vous êtes en formation de type Ingénieur ou Master, dans le domaine de la RSE avec une composante forte en gestion de l’environnement.

Vous connaissez les Analyses de Cycle de Vie et facteurs associés. Vous avez une forte appétence pour les outils IT et power BI,

Votre esprit scientifique, votre aisance relationnelle, votre sensibilité vis-à-vis des enjeux environnementaux et votre rigueur seront les principaux atouts pour réussir votre mission.

Vous faites preuve d'un bon esprit de synthèse et comprenez l'anglais technique.
