The posting

A riporto del WFJ Business Development Director, supporterai la Divisione WFJ con particolare attenzione al business High End. Contribuirai allo sviluppo di questa attività attraverso la gestione dell’offerta prodotto e il supporto agli eventi dedicati, collaborando a stretto contatto con i team italiani e con il team High End Europa.

Principali responsabilità

  • Supportare la gestione dei flussi fisici e informatici dei prodotti tra Parigi e le Boutique italiane, inclusi quelli in occasione di eventi, assicurando il coordinamento dell’intero processo di spedizione: ricezione e rientro dei prodotti presso Parigi, comunicazione con le Boutique italiane delle date previste di arrivo e partenza (ETA/ETD).
  • Supportare la raccolta delle richieste di prodotto dalle Boutique italiane per le presentazioni dedicate ai clienti High End, concordando con il WFJ Business Development Director le relative movimentazioni e predisponendo strumenti di monitoraggio e follow-up.
  • Supportare la gestione dell’assortimento High End della Boutique di Milano Montenapoleone, contribuendo a garantirne coerenza, disponibilità e adeguatezza rispetto alle esigenze commerciali.
  • Assicurare, insieme al WFJ Business Development Director il follow-up delle vendite, curando la comunicazione, il monitoraggio delle consegne e l’aggiornamento puntuale degli stati nel sistema Crown.
  • Supportare il WFJ Business Development Director nell’organizzazione delle attività commerciali legate agli eventi locali e internazionali di alta orologeria e alta gioielleria.
  • Aggiornare con precisione i sistemi dedicati alla localizzazione e al monitoraggio dello stock WFJ.
  • Collaborare con il team Visual Merchandising per pianificare e implementare gli aggiornamenti espositivi della Boutique di Milano Montenapoleone, in coerenza con le movimentazioni e le disponibilità dello stock WFJ.

Requisiti

  • Laurea, preferibilmente in discipline economiche o presso una business school.
  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Atteggiamento positivo, forte curiosità e spirito di collaborazione.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Ottima padronanza dell’italiano e dell’inglese, sia scritti sia parlati; la conoscenza del francese costituisce un plus.
  • Forte interesse per il settore della moda e del lusso.
  • Conoscenza del mondo orologeria e gioielleria è un plus.
