  • Co-develop the permanent assortment strategy with the Product Manager for local markets and EMEA Travel Retail, optimising the offer by point of sale according to its potential, format, available space, channel-specific requirements and business priorities.
  • Define scalable, channel-specific merchandising solutions that address the diverse needs of local markets as well as the specific constraints of the Travel Retail channel.
  • Support markets and partners throughout campaign deployment, ensuring clear communication, brand excellence and consistent implementation across all points of sale.
  • Design and deliver campaign-focused training sessions and workshops, organise and facilitate seminars, and provide operational support to equip market and field teams with the merchandising skills, tools and best practices required to ensure consistent execution.

  • Becoming a key contributor in designing and deploying campaigns that combine the high standards of the Brand with the agility required to address the needs of each market and channel.
  • Directly strengthening Brand visibility and desirability across the entire point-of-sale network.
  • Playing a central coordination role between cross-functional teams and markets to continuously elevate executional excellence across the network.

What you will bring

  • A Master’s degree or Business School background, with 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising, operational marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to turn campaign ambition into concrete retail execution.
  • The ability to navigate complex, multicultural, and multi-channel environments, adapting solutions without compromising Brand standards.
  • Fluent in French and English, you are comfortable communicating, engaging stakeholders, and building strong relationships in an international environment.
  • Previous experience with the IWD merchandising software would be appreciated.

  • A rewarding management experience, supporting the development and autonomy of an apprentice.
  • Guide markets and partners throughout campaign execution, ensuring clarity, Brand excellence, and consistent implementation across points of sale.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
