探索AI for Medicine的新范式：科研与产业落地的前沿解决方案 1. 利用计算机视觉、图神经网络、强化学习、多模态对齐和推理、跨模态预测和生成等技术，针对复杂医疗场景下多模态数据异质性强、稀疏度高、领域泛化难、推理可解释性弱等难题，重点攻坚医疗原生多模态大模型、可解释因果推理、高维度语义对齐等前沿方向，为多模态医学影像建模、临床智能推理、医疗数字孪生等场景提供工业级或临床级解决方案，探索AI for Medicine科研与产业落地新范式。 2. 工作内容不仅限于理论探索，也注重实际应用的价值转化。联动顶尖高校、三甲医院及产业合作伙伴，我们将前沿研究成果快速转化为可操作的技术产品和服务，推动AI+医疗研究迈向新的高度，并加速其在医疗健康领域的广泛应用。

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、数学、生物医学工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，博士优先。 2. 具备机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、多模态或者其他AI相关领域的扎实的研究经验及实践经验，并能将这些知识应用于医疗场景的研究中。 3. 在人工智能顶级会议（如 ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、CVPR等）或者顶级期刊（如TIP、TPAMI、Nature Machine Intelligence等）上有2篇及以上第一作者论文发表经历者优先考虑。 4. 拥有优秀的编程能力，熟悉深度学习框架（如 PyTorch 等），能够独立开展代码开发与算法实现。 5. 具备强大的自主学习和科研探索能力，可快速跟进前沿技术，迅速适应快速变化的研究节奏，并乐于探索新技术与新方法。 6. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能够与不同背景的跨学科团队高效配合，快速推进项目研发与进展。 7. 深度认同“AI for Medicine”的理念，有志于长期深耕医疗人工智能领域，致力于以前沿技术推动生命科学创新与医疗产业升级。
