1、市场机制研究与规则跟踪：持续跟踪国家及各省级电力市场政策、现货与辅助服务规则，深入理解上报、出清、结算等关键业务流程，并能将规则抽象为优化模型的约束与目标。 2、电价与供需预测模型开发：负责中长期、日前、实时多个时间尺度的电价、负荷、可再生能源出力预测模型研发与优化，提高预测稳定性与解释性。 3、能源系统优化建模与策略开发：运用运筹优化、混合整数规划、强化学习等方法，构建储能调度、VPP协同优化、报价/报量决策模型，形成可落地的量化交易策略。 4、交易策略研发：基于市场信息、功率预测和电价预测结果，研发、回测并验证量化交易策略。 5、数据分析与业务支持：对接交易、调度及业务团队，进行市场运行数据分析，支撑交易策略执行与业务决策。

1、电力市场专业知识：熟悉国内电力市场的交易规则和运作模式，对电价形成机制、出清结算逻辑有清晰理解；理解电力系统运行约束（机组约束、网络约束、新能源特性等）。 2、预测与数据分析能力：掌握机器学习、深度学习等数据驱动方法，有供需预测、电价预测、价差预测等领域经验；具备模型评估和回测验证的能力。 3、优化建模能力：精通运筹优化理论，包括线性规划、混合整数规划、动态规划、凸优化等方法；掌握强化学习方法，有序贯决策问题建模经验。 4、教育背景与经验：电力系统、运筹优化、能源经济、控制理论、应用数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历；有电力交易、能源管理系统开发等相关经验者优先。 5、具备极强的逻辑分析能力、数学建模能力和解決问题能力。 6、优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，工作严谨细致，有责任心和上进心。
