Nossa área de Business Intelligence - Investimentos

A área de BI de Investimentos é responsável por transformar dados em inteligência para apoiar as decisões estratégicas da estrutura de investimentos. Atuamos lado a lado com as áreas de Produtos, Assessoria e Relacionamento, gerando insights que impulsionam o crescimento do negócio de forma eficiente e sustentável. Nosso dia a dia acontece em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e de alto impacto, onde análises bem-feitas se traduzem em decisões reais e resultados concretos.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Atuar na gestão da carteira dos Bankers do segmento de Alta Renda, apoiando a criação de novas carteiras, o controle de férias, a oxigenação e análises de otimização, utilizando ferramentas como Salesforce e Excel;
  • Realizar a manutenção e atualização das bases de dados, por meio da execução de queries em SQL, garantindo a qualidade e confiabilidade das informações;
  • Apoiar a manutenção e evolução dos dashboards em Power BI, contribuindo para o acompanhamento de indicadores e tomada de decisão do time.

Requisitos e experiência

  • Graduação em andamento ou concluída em áreas como Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Economia, Administração, Estatística, Matemática ou cursos correlatos;
  • Excel em nível avançado;
  • Conhecimentos em SQL para estruturação de banco de dados;
  • Familiaridade com Salesforce ou outras ferramentas de CRM (diferencial);
  • Perfil organizado com atenção a detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes áreas do negócio;
  • Proatividade e vontade de aprender em um ambiente dinâmico;
  • Capacidade analítica e senso de responsabilidade sobre entregas;
  • Vivência com análise de dados, acompanhamento de indicadores ou rotinas operacionais;
  • Experiência prévia com força comercial, gestão de carteiras ou áreas de apoio a times de negócios. (diferencial).
