A área de Planejamento Comercial tem por objetivo dar suporte aos canais e produtos voltados ao atendimento de Pessoa Jurídica. Nossa missão é munir os times de informação e direcionamento para que consigamos maximizar a produtividade dos canais e rentabilidade do banco, com a melhor eficiência possível.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Desenvolver, documentar, gerenciar e otimizar bases de dados essenciais para a operação;
  • Garantir a eficiência e integridade dos processos de atualização das tabelas, implementando controles de qualidade e dashboards para monitoramento em tempo real;
  • Criar e aprimorar estruturas de dados e fluxos de trabalho, visando automação e máxima performance;
  • Produzir relatórios e insights valiosos para diversas áreas, facilitando a tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com times de negócio para compreender necessidades e transformar informações em estratégias inteligentes.

Requisitos e experiência

  • Ensino Superior Completo;
  • Domínio sólido de SQL, com experiência prática na manipulação e administração de bases de dados robustas;
  • Desejável conhecimento prévio no uso do BigQuery;
  • Conhecimento básico a intermediário em Python para automações e análises avançadas;
  • Capacidade de entender o contexto de negócios para traduzir demandas em soluções técnicas efetivas;
  • Perfil analítico, focado em resultados e apaixonado por automação de processos;
  • Experiência em projetos de data analytics e manejo de grandes volumes de dados;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial na região central de São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
