TU MISIÓN

Cómo Finance Analyst, tu misión será liderar y optimizar el ciclo completo de Order-to-Cash (O2C), asegurando la correcta emisión de documentos tributarios, la recuperación oportuna del capital de trabajo y la automatización inteligente de los procesos de facturación, conciliación y cobranzas para maximizar la eficiencia operativa y la liquidez de la compañía

¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Gestión y Registro de Documentos Tributarios (P2P): Realizar la recepción, validación y registro oportuno de facturas de proveedores, rendiciones de gastos y boletas de honorarios, asegurando el correcto cumplimiento tributario y el respaldo documental de los egresos.
  • Gestión y Emisión de Facturación (O2C): Asegurar la correcta emisión, validación y envío de facturas electrónicas (DTEs) a la cartera de clientes.
  • Control y Recuperación de Cartera (Cobranzas): Ejecutar la estrategia de cobranzas y seguimiento de antigüedad de saldos (Ageing), analizando indicadores clave como DSO para reducir la morosidad y asegurar una entrada constante de flujo de caja.
  • Análisis Contable e Integridad Financiera: Realizar el análisis detallado y el registro preciso de cuentas contables (tanto de ingresos como de egresos y provisiones), garantizando la integridad de la información financiera.
  • Apoyo en Reportes y Cierres: Apoyar activamente en los cierres contables mensuales y anuales, colaborando en la elaboración de estados financieros y preparando la información necesaria para reportar a casa matriz.
  • Control Presupuestario y Gastos: Participar en el análisis de variaciones presupuestarias, identificando desviaciones e inconsistencias para apoyar la gestión del control de gastos.
  • Automatización de Procesos con Python e IA (Claude / Gemini): Diseñar e implementar scripts en Python y flujos con modelos de Inteligencia Artificial para la automatización de procesos manuales y operativos del área.

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

  • Afinidad con nuestros principios
  • Formación universitaria en Contabilidad, Auditoria, Finanzas o Administración.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas Office, especialmente Excel, para el análisis y gestión de datos.
  • Experiencia en Automatizaciones y Aplicación de Inteligencia Artificial (Claude/Python)
  • Experiencia profesional de al menos 2 años en roles de contabilidad, facturación y cobranzas, tesorería, preferiblemente en entornos multinacionales.
  • Pensamiento crítico y atención al detalle para la resolución de problemas y la precisión en los datos financieros.
  • Capacidad de organización y proactividad para gestionar múltiples tareas y plazos.
