In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with modern infrastructure, solve complex technical challenges, collaborate with talented professionals, and play a key part in ensuring users have reliable, secure systems. Responsibilities: • Image, configure, and deploy physical and virtual desktops. Troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, monitors, and docking stations.
• Manage operating systems, BIOS settings, disk encryption, and data protection.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot end‑user applications and certificates.
• Restore and migrate user data, apply and troubleshoot file permissions, and decrypt inaccessible files as needed.
• Document work clearly in ticketing systems while meeting established SLAs.
• Patch network ports, trace cabling, and assist with network switch installations.
• Apply patches to Linux systems and troubleshoot Linux‑based issues.
• Work with remote teams to resolve complex hardware and software problems.
• Perform Nessus vulnerability scans and remediate findings.
• Configure multifunction print/scan/fax devices, coordinate vendor replacements, and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Support user moves, including computers, phones, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support broader organizational initiatives.
• Provide support across both unclassified and classified systems.
Qualifications:
Required: • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of three years in a related IT role.
• Proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell hardware.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook and general end‑user support.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization abilities.
• Current Security+ certification.
Desired: • Linux training or hands‑on Linux experience.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$60,100 - $123,200
