Estamos buscando um(a) Analista IoT Pleno para atuar com dispositivos Milesight, ajudando nossos clientes a tirar o máximo da tecnologia em projetos de conectividade, telemetria e automação. Você vai trabalhar em um ambiente colaborativo, com autonomia, contato direto com time técnico e parceiros, e espaço para propor melhorias.

  • Configurar, integrar e dar suporte a dispositivos IoT Milesight.
  • Realizar testes, diagnósticos e troubleshooting em campo e remoto.
  • Documentar padrões de configuração, boas práticas e FAQs.
  • Apoiar times de pré-venda e pós-venda em soluções IoT.
  • Interagir com clientes para entender necessidades técnicas.
  • Monitorar performance e sugerir otimizações de uso.
  • Contribuir na evolução de templates, scripts e automações.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como Analista IoT, Suporte Técnico ou similar (nível Pleno).
  • Vivência com dispositivos ou gateways IoT (LoRaWAN, 4G/LTE, Wi-Fi, sensores etc.).
  • Noções de redes (TCP/IP, VPN, NAT, firewall básico).
  • Perfil mão na massa, organizado(a) e orientado(a) a resolução de problemas.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar como prestador(a) de serviços (PJ).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência específica com dispositivos Milesight.
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de IoT, dashboards e APIs REST.
  • Noções de scripts (Python, Shell ou similar) para automação.
  • Atuação anterior com integradores, ISPs ou projetos de smart cities.
