Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar no suporte a sistemas de videoconferência, áudio e vídeo em ambientes corporativos. O candidato será responsável pelo atendimento a usuários em salas de reunião e eventos, garantindo a operação eficiente dos equipamentos e a qualidade da experiência dos participantes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prestar suporte técnico presencial e remoto para sistemas de videoconferência e multimídia;
  • Realizar configuração, testes e troubleshooting de equipamentos AV, incluindo microfones, câmeras, displays e sistemas de controle;
  • Auxiliar na operação de eventos corporativos, garantindo a qualidade audiovisual e o funcionamento dos sistemas;
  • Atuar na ativação e testes de conectividade de equipamentos AV em redes corporativas;
  • Apoiar a integração e manutenção de sistemas de automação, especialmente Crestron (SIMPL e VTPro);
  • Documentar e registrar chamados técnicos, garantindo acompanhamento e resolução dentro dos SLA’s;
  • Atender usuários nacionais e internacionais, oferecendo suporte técnico em inglês quando necessário;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com fornecedores e equipes internas para resolução de problemas e implementação de melhorias.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com suporte a videoconferência e sistemas AV;
  • Conhecimento em configuração e troubleshooting de equipamentos de áudio e vídeo;
  • Noções de automação e programação de sistemas AV, com foco em Crestron (SIMPL e VTPro);
  • Familiaridade com redes e conectividade, incluindo switches Cisco;
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado para suporte a usuários internacionais e contato com fornecedores;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade na resolução de problemas.

Diferenciais:

  • Certificações AVIXA, Crestron, QSC ou Cisco;
  • Experiência com eventos corporativos e operação de AV em tempo real;
  • Conhecimento em cloud computing e segurança de redes.

Formação:

  • Curso técnico ou superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Multimídia ou áreas correlatas.
