  • Desenhar e desenvolver APIs e serviços backend em Python.
  • Definir arquitetura, padrões e boas práticas de código.
  • Garantir performance, segurança e escalabilidade das aplicações.
  • Escrever testes automatizados e apoiar a cultura de qualidade.
  • Participar de code reviews e mentorar desenvolvedores(as) plenos/júniores.
  • Colaborar com produto e UX na definição de soluções técnicas.
  • Atuar em modelo híbrido, com rituais de time bem estruturados.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Sólida experiência com Python em ambiente de produção.
  • Vivência com frameworks web (Django, Flask ou FastAPI).
  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais.
  • Conhecimento de testes automatizados, CI/CD e versionamento (Git).
  • Atuação prévia em arquitetura de serviços/APIs REST.
  • Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com microsserviços e mensageria (RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.).
  • Vivência em ambientes cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure).
  • Conhecimento de containers e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Atuação anterior como referência técnica ou líder técnico.
  • Contribuições para comunidade (open source, talks, artigos).
