The posting

Missão e contexto Apoiar a implantação da continuidade de negócios em 20 áreas, transformando os documentos existentes em análises validadas, planos executáveis, controles testados e rotinas sustentáveis. O projeto será conduzido internamente pelo Security Office, com quality assurance de GRC e alinhamento ao Plano Diretor.

Responsabilidades principais · Inicialização / Levantamento de dados: conhecer o contexto VR, inventariar documentos e dependências, identificar lacunas e estruturar o plano de trabalho por prioridades e ondas.

· Governança: entrevistar as áreas de negócio relevantes, revisar políticas e processos, harmonizar responsabilidades e alçadas e preparar os documentos para validação interna.

· Execução: validar BIA e riscos, consolidar estratégias, construir ou revisar PCNs, PCOs e instruções, validar interfaces com DRP e acompanhar lacunas e ações com responsáveis.

· Produção: apoiar a operacionalização dos controles aprovados, coordenar o primeiro ciclo de testes pactuado, consolidar evidências, acompanhar correções e transferir conhecimento e rotinas às áreas.

· Experiência prática sênior em gestão da continuidade de negócios: BIA, riscos de interrupção, estratégias, PCN, PCO, instruções de contingência e integração com DRP.

· Vivência comprovada e coordenação de auditorias internas e externas, incluindo planejamento, articulação com áreas e auditores, evidências, achados e acompanhamento de ações corretivas.

· Conhecimento aplicado de ISO 22301 e sua adoção nacional pertinente, ISO 27001 e PCI DSS, relacionando requisitos, controles e evidências ao escopo aplicável.

· Visão sistêmica de negócio, operação e tecnologia; capacidade de validar impactos, dependências e objetivos de recuperação com as áreas e TI, incluindo MTPD, RTO, RPO e MBCO.

· Experiência em exercícios e testes de continuidade, gestão de crises, capacitação e transferência de conhecimento. Comunicação executiva, facilitação multidisciplinar e organização de evidências.

Diferenciais desejáveis · Formação em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão de Riscos, TI, Qualidade ou áreas correlatas; formação complementar em continuidade, resiliência, crises ou auditoria.

· Certificações pertinentes, como CBCP (DRI) ou CBCI (BCI), sem exigência cumulativa e sem substituir experiência prática.

· Análise de dados, painéis e automação de reportes. Power BI, Alteryx e Python são exemplos, não requisitos cumulativos;
