Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar no planejamento, execução e acompanhamento das estratégias e ações de Marketing da Cajugram, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da marca, a padronização da comunicação e o suporte às equipes comerciais da Matriz e Filiais.

O profissional será responsável pela gestão de ações de endomarketing, comunicação visual, campanhas digitais, Trade Marketing, geração e acompanhamento de leads, participação em feiras e organização de eventos corporativos, além do acompanhamento de fornecedores e projetos de comunicação e infraestrutura visual.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Planejar e executar ações de endomarketing em parceria com o setor de Recursos Humanos, incluindo campanhas internas, eventos comemorativos, materiais de comunicação e brindes.
  • Planejar e acompanhar a participação da empresa em feiras nacionais e internacionais dos segmentos de rochas ornamentais, arquitetura e construção civil.
  • Organizar eventos corporativos, visitas de clientes à empresa, pedreiras e unidades produtivas, incluindo o Cajugram Day.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar materiais gráficos, promocionais e institucionais, garantindo a padronização da identidade visual da empresa.
  • Gerenciar demandas de comunicação visual interna e externa, acompanhando a produção, instalação e qualidade dos materiais junto aos fornecedores.
  • Acompanhar as ações de marketing digital realizadas em parceria com a agência de marketing, incluindo campanhas nas plataformas Meta Ads e Google Ads.
  • Desenvolver ou acompanhar a criação de materiais digitais, landing pages e campanhas voltadas à captação de potenciais clientes.
  • Gerenciar e acompanhar os leads gerados pelas campanhas de marketing, garantindo sua distribuição à equipe comercial e monitorando o andamento do atendimento até a conversão em vendas.
  • Desenvolver ações de Trade Marketing e Marketing de Produto, apoiando a divulgação dos materiais comercializados pela empresa.
  • Atender às demandas da equipe comercial relacionadas a materiais de divulgação, apresentações, identificação de amostras e materiais promocionais.
  • Realizar cotações, negociar com fornecedores, acompanhar compras e controlar prazos, custos e entregas.
  • Planejar e acompanhar projetos de comunicação visual e obras internas relacionadas à identidade da empresa, desde o levantamento das necessidades até a inspeção e validação da entrega final.

Requisitos necessários

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Design ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência profissional na área de Marketing, preferencialmente com atuação em marketing corporativo, comunicação visual, eventos ou marketing digital.
  • Conhecimento em planejamento e execução de campanhas de marketing e ações promocionais.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de criação e edição de materiais gráficos, como Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator ou Photoshop.
  • Conhecimento em marketing digital, geração de leads e acompanhamento de campanhas em plataformas como Meta Ads e Google Ads.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, organização e capacidade de planejamento.
  • Atenção aos detalhes e foco na qualidade.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa com as áreas de RH, Comercial e demais setores da empresa.
