Responsabilidades e atribuições

Desenvolver e acompanhar ações, campanhas educativas e programas voltados à promoção da saúde mental, do bem-estar e da qualidade de vida dos beneficiários.Realizar acolhimento, acompanhamento social, orientações e encaminhamentos, considerando as necessidades dos beneficiários e de seus familiares.Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe multidisciplinar, contribuindo para a integralidade do cuidado e a continuidade da assistência.Elaborar materiais educativos e participar da realização de palestras, workshops, treinamentos e outras ações de educação em saúde.Realizar visitas sociais e, quando necessário, deslocamentos para acompanhamento de casos.Participar de reuniões e discussões técnicas de casos complexos, contribuindo com a análise social e a definição de estratégias de acompanhamento.Monitorar indicadores, elaborar relatórios, pareceres e documentos técnicos relacionados à atuação do Serviço Social.Articular-se com a rede de serviços socioassistenciais e demais instituições, quando necessário, para viabilizar encaminhamentos e fortalecer a rede de apoio aos beneficiários.Contribuir para o planejamento, a execução e o aprimoramento das estratégias e dos processos de trabalho da Saúde Preventiva, com foco na atenção à saúde mental.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosGraduação completa em Serviço Social.Registro profissional ativo no Conselho Regional de Serviço Social (CRESS).Conhecimento das políticas públicas de saúde e assistência social e da rede de proteção social.Habilidade de comunicação, escuta qualificada, acolhimento e trabalho em equipe multidisciplinar.Capacidade de elaboração de relatórios, pareceres e documentos técnicos.Requisitos desejáveisExperiência profissional na área da saúde, preferencialmente em saúde mental.Experiência com acompanhamento social, acolhimento e encaminhamento de casos.Conhecimento sobre a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS) e os serviços da rede socioassistencial.Experiência no desenvolvimento de ações educativas, campanhas e programas de promoção da saúde.Informações adicionais Benefícios de trabalhar na Camed:Plano de Saúde CamedSeguro de VidaVale-TransporteCartão Refeição: R$ 929,78Cartão Alimentação: R$ 543,30Auxílio Creche: R$ 501,41Auxílio para filho com deficiência física ou mental incapacitante: R$ 523,15Previdência PrivadaWellhub (benefício corporativo de bem-estar, com acesso a academias, estúdios e aplicativos)Outras informações:Disponibilidade de 6 horas diárias, de segunda a sexta-feira, para trabalhar em Fortaleza/CE.
