In deiner Rolle als Head of Investment leitest du unsere Ventures Division als verlässlicher und direkter Ansprechpartner für alle thematischen und personellen Belange.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

  • Strategische Leitung: Du leitest das Campus Founders Venture Studio und verantwortest dessen Investmentstrategie, Portfolioausrichtung sowie die Gesamtperformance.
  • Dealflow & Due Diligence: Du steuerst unseren Dealflow sowie die Due Diligence und bereitest Investitionsentscheidungen für das Investment Committee vor, um ein starkes Portfolio von Early-Stage-Start-ups aufzubauen.
  • Teamführung: Du baust ein leistungsstarkes Team auf, führst und entwickelst es und förderst eine Kultur von Eigenverantwortung, Fokus und Impact.
  • Finanzmanagement: Du verantwortest das Investmentbudget des Studios und leitest die ökosystemgetriebene Kapitalallokation.
  • Ökosystem & Networking: Du repräsentierst das Studio nach außen und erweiterst unser Netzwerk aus Gründern, Mentoren, Unternehmen und Investoren.
  • Portfolio-Betreuung: Du begleitest und unterstützt unsere Portfolio-Gründer vom ersten Investment über Folgefinanzierungen und Meilensteine bis hin zum Exit.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

  • Branchenerfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Venture-Capital-Bereich, im Start-up-Aufbau oder als Gründer mit und verfügst über einen nachweisbaren Track Record im Bereich Early-Stage-Investing.
  • Strategisches Denken: Du denkst strategisch sowie unternehmerisch und treibst fundierte Investmentprozesse auch unter Unsicherheit voran.
  • Führungskompetenz: Du hast bereits Teams geführt und weißt, wie man Mitarbeiter motiviert, weiterentwickelt und befähigt.
  • Netzwerk & Beziehungen: Du bringst ein starkes Netzwerk im Start-up-, Investoren- und Tech-Ökosystem mit und baust mühelos vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Du kombinierst ausgeprägte finanzielle und analytische Fähigkeiten mit einem geschärften Blick für Menschen und Geschäftsmodelle.
  • Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
