Als Startup Manager bist du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Startups beteiligt und bringst diese zum Erfolg. Mit deiner Erfahrung sprichst du die Sprache von Startups und weißt genau, was sie brauchen, um erfolgreich zu werden.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

  • Startup Growth Enabler – Unterstützung unserer Startups vom Problem-Solution-Fit und Product-Market-Fit zu ersten Meilensteinen.
  • Programm- & Workshop-Design – Konzeption und Durchführung moderner Workshops, Trainings und Programmen zur Förderung der go-to-Market Umsetzung.
  • Founder Coaching – Sparring, Coaching und praxisnahe Unterstützung bei der Lösung operativer und strategischer Herausforderungen.
  • Startup Analysis & Matching Support – Identifikation vielversprechender Startups und Vermittlung zu passenden Programmen.
  • Stärkung unseres Ökosystems – Repräsentation der Organisation auf Branchenveranstaltungen sowie aktiver Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks aus Gründer:innen, Startups und zentralen Akteur:innen des Ökosystems.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

  • Startup Expertise – Eigene Gründungserfahrung im Gepäck sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und Skalierung von Early-Stage Startups.
  • Mentoring & Enablement – Freude daran, Wissen, Best Practices und eigene Erfahrungen durch Coaching und Sparring weiterzugeben.
  • Growth & Execution Mindset – Praktische Erfahrung in Business Development, Partnerakquise und Projektsteuerung.
  • Full Stack Venture Building – Ganzheitliches Verständnis für Venture Building entlang der gesamten Startup-Journey – von Ideation bis Scaling.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinking – Unternehmerisches Denken kombiniert mit modernen Methoden wie Lean Startup und Customer-Centric Growth.
  • Hands-On & Customer Obsessed – Pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität mit konsequentem Fokus auf das Ökosystem & unsere Startups.
  • Communication Skills – Sichere Kommunikation auf Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • On-Site Collaboration – Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit vor Ort, um Austausch, Netzwerkaufbau und gemeinsame Wertschöpfung aktiv zu stärken.
