In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestaltest du die Zukunft unseres Produkt- und Serviceportfolios aktiv mit. Du erkennst neue Markt- und Geschäftspotenziale, entwickelst daraus innovative Angebote und verantwortest deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung und kommerzielle Entwicklung. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team akquirierst du spannende Projekte, entwickelst neue Produkte und setzt Impulse für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Event- und Residency-Angebote.

Dein Blick reicht dabei über das Bestehende hinaus: Du identifizierst Trends, eröffnest neue Geschäftsfelder und übersetzt Ideen in nachhaltiges Wachstum. Als direkte Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsführung hast du kurze Entscheidungswege und die Möglichkeit, unsere Entwicklung unmittelbar mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgabengebiete auf einen Blick:

  • Strategische Produkt- und Services-Entwicklung: Du analysierst Marktbedürfnisse, entwickelst und validierst neue Produktideen und Serviceangebote für Unternehmenskunden.
  • Residency-Programm: Du erweiterst das momentan auf Räumlichkeiten und Infrastruktur beschränkte Angebot um relevante Mehrwerte und erhöhst die Anzahl der Residents in unserem Space.
  • Space Monetization & Events: Du hebst unser Veranstaltungssparte auf das nächste Level. Aus der reinen Bereitstellung von Eventflächen und Basic-Services entwickelst du ertragsstarke Corporate-Event-Produkte, Sponsoring-Pakete und Partner-Formate.
  • Teamführung & Sales-Steuerung: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen, interdisziplinären Teams. Du übersetzt Strategien in klare Ziele (KPIs) und bist für die Umsatzgenerierung verantwortlich. Sales-Enabling: Du bist der Architekt des Vertriebs: Du arbeitest mit deinem Team, um erfolgreiche Argumente, Pitch-Decks, klaren Value Propositions und validierten Pricing-Modellen erfolgreich im Markt zu platzieren.

Wir suchen Dich, wenn Du bist/hast:

  • Track Record: Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise aus der Beratung und mit Erfahrung in der operativen Umsetzung in einem innovativen Umfeld, wie bspw. einer Agentur, einem Startup, Scale-up oder Venture Builder.
  • Vom Projekt zur Skalierbarkeit: Mit deiner Macher-Mentalität sorgst du für die operative Umsetzung unserer Produkt- und Service-Strategien und bringst Konzepte konsequent auf die Straße – dadurch generierst du signifikanten Mehrwert durch Skalierbarkeit und messbare Geschäftserfolge.
  • B2B- & Ökosystem-Verständnis: Entscheidungsprozesse und Budgets von Industrie- und Unternehmenskunden (Corporates/Mittelstand) sind für dich kein Fremdwort. Zudem hast du ein Gespür dafür, wie man physische Räumlichkeiten, Communities und ein ganzes Ökosystem kommerzialisiert.
  • Leadership-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits erfolgreich interdisziplinäre Teams geführt und weiterentwickelt.
  • Präsenz: Hohe Motivation und Bereitschaft zur überwiegenden Arbeit vor Ort in unserem brandneuen Gravity-Space in Heilbronn.
  • Kommunikation auf Entscheider-Ebene: Du kommunizierst und verhandelst souverän mit Entscheidern in Unternehmen. Dafür bringst du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (C1/C2) in Wort und Schrift mit.
