Sie verstehen sich nicht nur als Implementierer, sondern als Berater und Gestalter? Sie erkennen Optimierungspotenziale, bevor sie ausgesprochen werden, übernehmen Verantwortung und begleiten Kunden von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung?

Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Information-Management-Teams und unterstützen Unternehmen dabei, ihre Informations-, Dokumenten- und Kommunikationsprozesse zu digitalisieren, zu automatisieren und nachhaltig zu optimieren.

In Ihrer Rolle verbinden Sie fachliche Beratung, technisches Verständnis und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden entwickeln Sie innovative Lösungen rund um Output Management (OMS), Customer Communication Management (CCM) sowie moderne digitale Geschäftsprozesse.

Responsibilities

Beratung mit Mehrwert

  • Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse und identifizieren Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenziale.
  • Sie beraten Kunden ganzheitlich zu Lösungen im Bereich Information Management und übernehmen die Rolle des vertrauenswürdigen Ansprechpartners.
  • Sie moderieren Workshops, führen Anforderungsanalysen durch und übersetzen Geschäftsanforderungen in tragfähige Lösungskonzepte.
  • Sie hinterfragen bestehende Prozesse kritisch und entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Kunden innovative Lösungsansätze.

Lösungen gestalten und umsetzen

  • Sie konzipieren, implementieren und konfigurieren OMS- und CCM-Lösungen von Canon sowie unserer Partner Quadient und Compart.
  • Sie erstellen Lösungsdesigns und validieren diese im Rahmen von Proof-of-Concepts und Pilotprojekten.
  • Sie begleiten Kundenprojekte eigenverantwortlich von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
  • Sie stellen die Integration in bestehende Systemlandschaften sicher und berücksichtigen dabei technische, organisatorische und prozessuale Anforderungen.

Projekte erfolgreich machen

  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete und Teilprojekte.
  • Sie führen Schulungen, Workshops und Präsentationen für Fachbereiche und Anwender durch.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung ihrer Lösungen.
  • Sie dokumentieren Lösungen, Prozesse und Architekturentscheidungen professionell und nachvollziehbar.

Qualifications

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im MINT-Umfeld, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Information Management, Output Management, Customer Communication Management oder verwandten Themenfeldern.
  • Verständnis für Systemarchitekturen, Integrationen und moderne IT-Landschaften.
  • Kenntnisse in Datenbanken, APIs und Schnittstellentechnologien.
  • Erfahrung mit Technologien wie SQL, JSON, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML oder PowerShell.
  • Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Plattformen wie Microsoft Azure oder AWS.
  • Kenntnisse in Container-Technologien wie Docker oder Kubernetes.
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD- und DevOps-Prozessen.
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Front- und Backendbereich sowie Erfahrung mit Canon-, Quadient- oder Compart-Lösungen.
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbaren Methoden ist von Vorteil.
