Als Projektmanager:in - Information Management verantworten Sie die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Informationsmanagement. Dabei begleiten Sie Projekte von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live, koordinieren interdisziplinäre Teams und sorgen für nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer IT- und Information-Management-Projekte
  • Führung von Projekten über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Lösungsentwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
  • Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Aufbau, Steuerung und Motivation interdisziplinärer Projektteams aus internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Aktives Stakeholder- und Kommunikationsmanagement auf Kunden- und Managementebene
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken, Abhängigkeiten und Changes
  • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts anhand geeigneter KPIs sowie Einleitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
  • Anwendung klassischer, agiler oder hybrider Projektmanagementmethoden entsprechend der Projektanforderungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege relevanter Projektdokumente, Reportings und Statusberichte
  • Steuerung von Projektabnahmen und Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Projektmanagement-Standards, Prozessen und Best Practices

Qualifications

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, alternativ eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Verantwortung für Termine, Budget, Qualität und Projektergebnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von IT-Projekten im Umfeld Information Management, Digital Workplace, Dokumentenmanagement, Enterprise Content Management oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Projektmanagementmethoden und Frameworks (klassisch, agil oder hybrid)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Planner oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie PRINCE2, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe oder ITIL
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder souverän zu koordinieren und erfolgreich zu begleiten
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft im projektbezogenen Umfang
