Für unsere Business Unit (Imaging Printing & Solutions Group) IPSG suchen wir ihre qualifizierte und engagierte Unterstützung als

Contracting Manager (m/w/d).

Als Teil unserer Commercial Desk/ Bid Management-Teams unterstützt und leitet der Contracting Manger den Prozess der Vertragserstellung.

  • Leitung des Vertragsprozesses
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Vertriebsteams in allen vertraglichen Angelegenheiten
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Vertragsmethodiken, -prozessen und erforderlichen Tools
  • Risikomanagement: Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Definition und Verwaltung von Aktionsplänen über den gesamten Vertragslebens-zyklus hinweg
  • Unterstützung und Beratung des Bid Teams in Bezug auf den vertraglichen Ansatz sowie alle Vertragsdokumente und/oder Geschäftsbedingungen, die Teil des Angebotes sind.
  • Leitung der Vertragsverhandlungen und Verantwortung für das gesamte Vertragsdokument, einschließlich der Sicherstellung von Qualität und Vollständigkeit
  • Entwurf, Prüfung und Verhandlung verschiedener Arten von Geschäftsverträgen;
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verhandlungsstrategien; Koordination der Vertragsverhandlungen mit allen externen und internen Stakeholdern;
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des internen Genehmigungsprozesses
  • Pflege des Vertragsarchives
  • Verhandlung und Erstellung von Änderungen, Verlängerungen, Erneuerungen und Ausstiegsdokumentationen;
  • Verantwortung für die Vertragskommunikation
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Bewertung der Einhaltung interner und externer Verträge gemeinsam mit dem Business

Responsibilities

•Sie können sich auf 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr freuen

•Das Arbeiten aus dem Home Office ist Teil Ihres Arbeitsumfeldes, 2-3 Tage wöchentliche Anwesenheit in Krefeld wird vorausgesetzt

Qualifications

  • Mindestens Bachelor-Abschluss in einem für die Funktion relevanten Fachgebiet;
  • Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement ist von Vorteil;
  • Zwei bis fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem international ausgerichteten Unternehmen;
  • Erfahrung mit Verträgen im Zusammenhang mit Software und Cloud-Diensten;
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift);
  • Kompetenz im Umgang mit relevanten Computersystemen und -paketen.
  • Fähigkeit zu eigenständigem Urteilsvermögen und Kreativität zur Lösung vertraglicher Probleme und Eskalationen
  • Fähigkeit, ein breites und effektives internes Netzwerk aufzubauen und im Angebotsprozess zu führen
  • Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit
  • Stark ausgeprägte Kunden- sowie Zielorientierung
  • Starke strategische Fähigkeiten sowie Fähigkeiten zu führen
  • Selbstmotivierte, ergebnisorientierte und pragmatische Denkweise
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
