Ben jij technisch sterk én krijg je energie van het vertalen van complexe klantprocessen naar slimme softwareoplossingen? Dan is dit jouw kans om impact te maken binnen het domein Information Management van Canon.

Als Integratie Specialist werk je binnen Professional Services aan het implementeren, configureren en integreren van Customer Communication Management oplossingen voor grote enterprise klanten. Denk aan oplossingen rondom klantcommunicatie, documentstromen en procesautomatisering waarbij systemen, data en communicatiekanalen naadloos moeten samenwerken. Je werkt met moderne CCM-software zoals Quadient en speelt een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van stabiele en schaalbare oplossingen die aansluiten op de processen en IT-architectuur van de klant.

In deze rol combineer je techniek, consultancy en solution design. Je schakelt dagelijks met IT-teams, architecten, key users, consultants en projectteams en bent betrokken van analyse en ontwerp tot implementatie, livegang en optimalisatie. Daarbij werk je veel remote samen met klanten en projectteams en krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in hoe je projecten en technische vraagstukken oppakt.

De ene dag analyseer je een complexe klantomgeving en werk je aan een integratie of configuratie, de andere dag spar je met een architect of consultant over de beste oplossing binnen een enterprise omgeving. Je werkt aan het realiseren, configureren en optimaliseren van CCM-oplossingen die cruciaal zijn voor de klantcommunicatie van grote organisaties.

Responsibilities

  • Inventariseren en analyseren van klantprocessen, documentstromen en IT-landschappen
  • Configureren, implementeren en optimaliseren van CCM-oplossingen binnen enterprise omgevingen
  • Realiseren van integraties tussen verschillende systemen, databronnen en communicatieplatformen
  • Vertalen van functionele wensen naar technische oplossingen en passende configuraties
  • Adviseren van klanten over solution design, architectuur en technische mogelijkheden
  • Samenwerken met consultants, projectteams, developers en externe leveranciers
  • Ondersteunen bij implementaties, testen, migraties en livegangen
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie en configuraties
  • Verzorgen van kennisoverdracht en trainingen richting gebruikers en beheerders
  • Ondersteunen van supportteams bij complexe incidenten en technische vraagstukken
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en meedenken over optimalisaties binnen het CCM-landschap

Qualifications

Je bent technisch sterk, schakelt makkelijk tussen business en IT en krijgt energie van complexe klantomgevingen en slimme softwareoplossingen. Je begrijpt hoe systemen, processen en klantcommunicatie samenkomen binnen enterprise organisaties en voelt je prettig in een rol waarin techniek, consultancy en stakeholdermanagement samenkomen.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van IT, Information Management of Business IT
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen complexe IT-, software- of integratieomgevingen
  • Ervaring met Customer Communication Management, Document Management of vergelijkbare enterprise oplossingen is een sterke pré
  • Kennis van IT-architecturen, systeemintegraties en klantgerichte software-implementaties
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfstandig klanttrajecten en technische vraagstukken op te pakken
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
