Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du betreust deinen Wohnimmobilienbestand eigenständig und bist erste Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber, Eigentümer, Mieter und das externe Asset Management.
  • Du verantwortest die Neuvermietung: Du sprichst Interessenten aktiv an, führst Wohnungsbesichtigungen durch und schließt Mietverträge ab.
  • Du organisierst Abnahmen und Übergaben von Wohn- und Gewerbeeinheiten und bearbeitest Mängelmeldungen und Versicherungsschäden.
  • Du bewirtschaftest deine Objekte kosten- und budgetorientiert, hältst Budgetpläne ein und prüfst und gibst Rechnungen frei.
  • Du steuerst die Vergabe von externen Dienstleistungs- und Instandhaltungsaufträgen und koordinierst Hausmeister und Facility-Unternehmen.
  • Du begleitest Instandsetzungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Property Managern, mit dem Asset- und dem Technischen Management.
  • Du führst regelmäßige Objektbegehungen durch und stimmst dich eng mit allen internen Abteilungen ab.

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

  • Eine Ausbildung zur Immobilienkauffrau / zum Immobilienkaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Property Management oder in der Vermietung
  • Sicheres, dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten und Freude an der Kommunikation mit Mietern und Eigentümern
  • Soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit den üblichen Hausverwaltungsprogrammen
