Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du übernimmst eigenständig die laufende Kreditorenbuchhaltung und sorgst dafür, dass alles zuverlässig und termingerecht läuft.
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen, wenn es um fachliche Fragen oder besondere Fälle geht.
  • Du behältst im Tagesgeschäft den Überblick, koordinierst Aufgaben im Team und stellst sicher, dass Fristen und Abläufe eingehalten werden.
  • Du unterstützt neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der Einarbeitung und gibst dein Wissen praxisnah weiter.
  • Du bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv ein und hilfst dabei, unsere Abläufe Schritt für Schritt besser und effizienter zu machen.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Verbesserungen im Alltag und setzt diese gemeinsam mit dem Team pragmatisch um.
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit anderen Fachbereichen und unseren Niederlassungen ab und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
  • Wenn es komplex wird, gehst du die Themen strukturiert an und findest gemeinsam mit dem Team eine Lösung.

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
  • Du kennst die Abläufe einer Kreditorenbuchhaltung und arbeitest sicher und selbstständig.
  • Du hast Freude daran, dein Wissen mit anderen zu teilen und Kolleginnen und Kollegen zu unterstützen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
  • Du hast einen Blick dafür, wie Prozesse einfacher und effizienter gestaltet werden können.
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
