Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du erstellst Betriebs- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen für Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekte – termingerecht und rechtssicher
  • Du behältst alle Fristen im Blick und stellst eine reibungslose Abwicklung sicher
  • Du prüfst und plausibilisierst Daten, um Fehler frühzeitig zu vermeiden
  • Du führst Kontenabstimmungen und Buchungen zuverlässig und präzise durch
  • Du bereitest Heizkosten- und Nutzerdaten effizient für externe Dienstleister auf
  • Du optimierst Vorauszahlungen auf Basis fundierter Analysen
  • Du unterstützt die Kreditorenbuchhaltung und sorgst für saubere Prozesse
  • Du bearbeitest Widersprüche eigenständig und findest pragmatische Lösungen
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden und überzeugst mit klarer, serviceorientierter Kommunikation

Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:

  • Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung mit
  • Praxis in der Nebenkostenabrechnung oder Immobilienverwaltung wären wünschenswert
  • Du hast eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
