Om Capio S:t Görans Sjukhus

På Capio S:t Görans sjukhus arbetar du i händelsernas centrum, på ett ”lagom” stort sjukhus med stark vi-känsla, cirka 2 500 stolta medarbetare och nöjda patienter. Vi är ett sjukhus med hög kvalitet, väl fungerande organisation med korta beslutsvägar och chefer som är närvarande i vardagen. Vi vill alltid utvecklas, ge en bättre och effektivare vård till patienterna men också ta hand om dig, ta tillvara dina idéer, din kompetens och hjälpa dig att utvecklas.

Om FoU och ST

Forskning och utbildning (FoU) är en viktig del av Capio S:t Görans Sjukhus uppdrag. FoU-avdelningen arbetar för att skapa bästa möjliga förutsättningar för forskning, utbildning och utveckling, så att ny kunskap kommer patienter och verksamheten till nytta.

På sjukhuset finns cirka 140 ST-läkare. ST-verksamheten leds av utbildningschef, övergripande ST-studierektor samt klinikernas ST-studierektorer.

Din roll

Du arbetar nära FoU-chef och övergripande ST-studierektor och bidrar till att verksamheten fungerar smidigt och professionellt. Rollen är varierad och kombinerar administrativt stöd med ett stort eget ansvar. Din anställning är placerad vid FoU-avdelningen.

Exempel på dina arbetsuppgifter:

Administrativt stöd till FoU-chef

  • Planera, samordna och delta i återkommande möten.
  • Administrera Teams, Teams-kanaler, intranätssidor och styrdokument.
  • Vara avtalsansvarig för FoU-avdelningen.
  • Arbeta som behörig beställare i Unit4 och hantera fakturagodkännande.

Samordning av ST-utbildningen LUST (Ledarskap och Utveckling för ST-läkare)

  • Planera utbildningstillfällen och boka föreläsare samt lokaler.
  • Ha löpande kontakt med ST-studierektorer och ST-läkare.
  • Ansvara för uppföljning, fakturahantering samt utfärdande av kursintyg och bevis.

Övriga arbetsuppgifter

  • Samordna och planera disputationer vid sjukhuset.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som trivs med att koordinera flera uppgifter samtidigt, har god administrativ förmåga och tycker om att ha kontakt med många olika människor. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har erfarenhet av en liknande tjänst.

Vi tror att du som person är social, tycker om att samarbeta och har mycket god kännedom om Microsoft Office 365 med tillhörande appar, SD Worx samt Tessa. Erfarenhet från hälso- och sjukvård, utbildningsverksamhet eller forskningsmiljö är meriterande.
