Capio vårdcentral i Enköping är belägen centralt och har nära till allmänna kommunikationer. Vi är Enköpings största vårdcentral med 13 700 patienter som valt oss. Arbetsgruppen består av ca 40 medarbetare i olika professioner. Vi har korta beslutsvägar och ett bra samarbete mellan de olika professionerna. Trivselfaktorn hos oss är hög och alla bidrar till en trivsam arbetsmiljö!

Är du specialist i allmänmedicin som gillar att tänka nytt, värnar om relationer och har nära till både skratt och nyfikenhet? Då kanske du är den vi söker till vårt team!

Vi arbetar ofta teambaserat och tror på styrkan i samarbete – du står aldrig ensam i svåra beslut. Varje dag samarbetar du med sjuksköterska i sambedömningar av patienter, och för sjukskrivningar jobbar du tajt ihop med rehabkoordinator och psykosocialt stöd. Hos oss är alla viktiga kompetenser samlade under samma tak – utöver sjuksköterskor och psykologer finns även fysioterapeuter, dietist, undersköterskor samt medicinska vårdadministratörer på plats och är bokstavligen bara en dörrknackning bort. Vi har en stabil och trygg bemanning, vilket gör att vi kan fokusera på att ge patienterna det stöd och den vård de behöver. Vi testar gärna nya arbetssätt för att förbättra både arbetsmiljön och vården för föra patienter – bland annat arbetar vi för att du som PAL ska få bättre överblick och skapa kontinuitet för patienter med kronisk sjukdom.

Vi jobbar med Tandem som är ett AI-baserat digitalt verktyg för att göra dokumentation, remisser och intyg snabbare och smidigare – så att du får mer tid för det som är viktigast.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är utbildad specialist i allmänmedicin och som har erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvården. Intresse för handledning av AT- och ST-läkare är meriterande. Du är trygg i din yrkesroll, gillar utmaningar och ser möjligheter snarare än hinder. Vi värdesätter laganda och förmågan och viljan att ta egna initiativ.
