Capio Vårdcentral Liljeforstorg är en välfungerande vårdcentral med medarbetare med många års erfarenhet av primärvård. Vårt fokus ligger i tvärprofessionellt teamarbetet med dagliga teamronder där vi gemensamt tar ansvar för våra patienter och bygger en kultur med stor tilltro till varandras kompetenser. Med bred kompetens likvärdig vård med god medicinsk kvalitet och hög tillgänglighet både fysisk och digitalt. Vi ska ligga i framkant för våra patienter och tillsammans utvecklar vi framtidens primärvård. Vi är glada och diskussionsvilliga samt positivt inställda till nya idéer. Vi söker dig

Vi söker dig som är leg psykolog och som har ett genuint intresse för primärvårdens bredd och variation. Vi tror att du är trygg, engagerad och lösningsorienterad. Du ser möjligheter snarare än hinder och bidrar med både kompetens och engagemang i det kollegiala arbetet. Vi värdesätter självständighet, delaktighet och ett gott samarbete i teamet.

Du har gärna ha primärvårds-erfarenhet.

Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat:

  • Bedömning samt primärvårds-anpassad behandling utifrån KBT.
  • Vara primär instans på vårdcentralen för patienter med psykosociala besvär.
  • Bedöma patienter med psykosociala besvär inom ramen för sin kompetens.
  • Behandla patienter med lindriga till måttliga psykosociala besvär inom ramen för sin kompetens
  • Remittera till psykiatrin vid problematik på specialistnivå
  • Arbeta utifrån vetenskapligt etablerade metoder, samt eftersträva korta behandlingsserier för att kunna ge fler patienter möjlighet till kontakt
  • Arbeta för hög tillgänglighet för patienter med psykosociala besvär
  • Samverka med patientens ansvarige läkare vid samtidig farmakologisk behandling, sjukskrivning och/eller somatisk sjukdom eller symptom
  • Ansvara för listade patienter med lindriga till måttliga psykosociala besvär på vårdcentralen enligt ovan.

Kvalifikationer

  • Psykolog
  • Genuint intresse för primärvård
  • Intresse av att bidra till verksamhetens utveckling
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift
