Vill du arbeta med barn och ungas psykiska hälsa i ett engagerat team med hög kompetens och nära samarbete? Nu söker vi en behandlare till Ungas Psykiska Hälsa (UPH) vid Capio Vårdcentral Kvillebäcken i Göteborg.

Om oss

Capio Vårdcentral Kvillebäcken ligger på Hisingen, med goda kommunikationer via Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen. Här har vi ett team med medarbetare som tillsammans arbetar för att erbjuda god vård, tillgänglighet och ett professionellt bemötande.

UPH är ett tilläggsuppdrag inom vårdcentralen. Vi fungerar som resursmottagning och erbjuder fördjupad kompetens för bedömning, behandling och konsultation inom primärvårdens uppdrag för barn och unga med psykisk ohälsa.

Din roll

I rollen arbetar du med bedömning och behandling av lindrig till måttlig psykisk ohälsa hos barn och unga i åldern 6–17 år.

Vanliga kontaktorsaker är exempelvis ångest och oro, nedstämdhet och depression samt återkommande svårigheter i samspelet mellan barn och föräldrar. Arbetet omfattar självständiga bedömningar, behandlingsinsatser och samverkan med bland annat skola, socialtjänst och specialistvård när det är relevant.

Du kommer också att hålla föräldrastödsgrupper tillsammans med kollegor.

På UPH arbetar du tillsammans med sju andra behandlare. Vi har korta beslutsvägar och en organisation som bygger på lokal delaktighet och medarbetarnas engagemang. Samtidigt finns Capios större organisation som stöd, med möjligheter till kompetensutveckling och erfarenhetsutbyte.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är legitimerad psykolog eller legitimerad hälso- och sjukvårdskurator. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete inom primärvård.

För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du är trygg både i din person och i din profession. Du har god förståelse för primärvårdens uppdrag och arbetssätt, kan arbeta självständigt och värdesätter ett gott samarbete med kollegor och externa aktörer.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Personlig mognad, integritet, samarbetsförmåga och ett professionellt bemötande är viktiga egenskaper i rollen.
