Välkommen till en av Stockholms största geriatriska kliniker!

Vi välkomnar dig till en trevlig, välfungerande och inkluderande avdelning med stort engagemang. Vi söker nu en sjuksköterska för vikariat med tjänstgöring dag- och kvällspass. Vikariatet gäller för perioden januari-oktober med en sysselsättningsgrad på ca 80%.

Om oss

Avdelning 41 är en allmängeriatrisk avdelning med 20 vårdplatser som är specialiserad på geriatrisk utredning, behandling och omvårdnad. Vanliga diagnoser är bl.a. infektioner, hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar, njursvikt, KOL och diabetes. Målet under vårdtiden är en god personcentrerad vård med hög patientsäkerhet, där alla känner sig välkomna och respekterade. Den geriatriska patienten är komplex och därför behövs ett multiprofessionellt team, bestående av flera olika professioner, för en säker och välfungerande vård.

Vi erbjuder geriatrisk slutenvård med direktintag dygnet runt, året om. Patienterna kommer via slutenvården, akutmottagning, ambulans, närakut, äldreboende och vårdcentral. Vi har även en specialistmottagning för utredning av kognitiv svikt.

På sjukhusområdet finns även tillgång till röntgen och närlaboratorium.

Din roll

I sjuksköterskearbetet ingår bland annat att ansvara för omvårdnad och läkemedelsadministrering. Som sjuksköterska är du arbetsledare i omvårdnadsarbetet. Medicintekniskt ingår att sätta perifera infarter, skötsel av centrala infarter, såromläggningar, katetersättning/hantering, blodtransfusioner och antibiotikaadministrering. Vi använder oss av slutenvårdsdos för att underlätta läkemedelsadministrering.

Arbetstider är: dagpass kl. 07:00 – 15:30 kvällspass kl. 13:30-21:30. Andra arbetstider kan förekomma.
