Capio Vårdcentral Sävedalen är en välfungerande vårdcentral med ca 9200 listade patienter. Vi finns precis vid kommungränsen mellan Göteborg och Partille, nära Östra sjukhuset. Det är lätt att ta sig till oss med kollektivtrafik och nära nog att cykla till och från Göteborg. Bredden bland patienterna är stor och variationsrik vilket många upplever stimulerande att arbeta med. Arbetsplatsen är liten, trivsam och välstrukturerad med bra kollegor som är trevliga, hjälpsamma och mycket kunniga. Vi har en bra stämning i arbetsgruppen, månar om varandra och har kul ihop. Vi tar vara på nya idéer och förbättringsförslag eftersom det är vi tillsammans som utvecklar vården.

Hos oss finns läkarmottagning, diabetesmottagning, astma/KOL-mottagning, hypertonimottagning, distriktssköterskemottagning, äldremottagning, motiverande samtal, samordnare vid psykisk ohälsa, psykologmottagning, rehabkoordinator, laboratorium, BVC, samt sekreterare och receptionist.

Att jobba som läkare hos oss

Vi jobbar mycket med teambaserad vård över alla yrkeskategorier, vilket är ett uppskattat arbetssätt som underlättar för alla. Vi jobbar med dagliga ronder som gör att du som läkare på ett tidigt stadium kan vara med och planera vårdförloppet kring dina patienter på ett effektivt sätt. Det gör att du får kontroll över din tidbok och dina patienter. Vi har även en digital mottagning som bemannas av våra läkare och sjuksköterskor. Att jobba med digital vård är något som uppskattas mycket av personalen då det är ett roligt sätt att arbeta på. Många ärenden kan dessutom lösas digitalt vilket gör att det inte blir samma tryck med fysiska besök. Vi har också ett samarbete med Capio Go, som är Capios centrala plattform, dit kan vi även remittera patienter för till exempel iKBT, rökavvänjning och dietist. Detta avlastar vårdcentralen och ger patienten snabb kontakt för vidare hjälp.
