Requisitos Intern de Data, AI & Analytics Condiciones de la vacante: Horario: 8am a 2:00 pm L-V Apoyo económico de 10,500 mensuales Ubicación: Paseo de la reforma, CDMX Objetivo general El equipo de Data, AI & Analytics P&C gestiona un portafolio amplio de iniciativas de inteligencia artificial y analítica a lo largo de la cadena de valor del seguro de P&C en la región LATAM. El intern se integrará a uno de los tres equipos del programa, según su perfil y las necesidades del equipo al momento del onboarding: Governance: Responsable del mapeo de procesos de suscripción, mejora del STP (Straight-Through Processing) y la generación de documentación técnica y ejecutiva de los proyectos del portafolio. Solution Experts: Especialistas en marcos de GenAI (RAG, inteligencia documental), desarrollo de Skills y Agentes en ChubbAI 2.0, y evolución de Pythia, la plataforma conversacional de datos y notificaciones automatizadas del equipo. Deployments (MLOps): Responsables del control de versiones en GitHub, integraciones de API, despliegues con Databricks Asset Bundles y gestión de datos en Snowflake. Este rol está diseñado para brindar exposición real a sistemas de IA y analítica en producción dentro de una compañía de seguros global. El intern contribuirá a iniciativas activas, trabajará junto a científicos de datos, ingenieros y stakeholders de negocio, y desarrollará competencias técnicas y profesionales en un entorno ágil y colaborativo. Principales funciones y/o responsabilidades 1.- Contribuir activamente a iniciativas de IA y analítica del portafolio P&C. 2.- Documentar procesos, flujos de trabajo y decisiones técnicas de manera clara y estructurada. 3.- Colaborar con científicos de datos, ingenieros y stakeholders de negocio. 4.- Apoyar el despliegue, pruebas y monitoreo de soluciones de ML e IA en ambientes de preproducción y producción. 5.- Participar en ceremonias del equipo: standups diarios, demos de sprint y retrospectivas. 6.-Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y proponer soluciones basadas en datos. 7.-Generar reportes y visualizaciones que apoyen la toma de decisiones del negocio. Perfil del puesto: Carreras: Lic. actuaria, matemáticas aplicadas, estadística, ing. ciencia de datos, ing. inteligencia artificial Fecha estimada de finalización de créditos: Junio 2027 o posterior Nivel de Inglés Requerido: B1–B2 (Intermedio–Avanzado) Conocimientos Básicos: • Python — conocimiento funcional demostrable (proyectos académicos, personales o profesionales son • SQL — consultas y manipulación de datos relacionales. • Git / GitHub — control de versiones y colaboración en repositorios. • Databricks — procesamiento de datos y ejecución de notebooks en la nube. • APIs REST — consumo e integración de servicios web. • Azure ML — entrenamiento y despliegue de modelos en la nube de Microsoft. • PySpark — procesamiento distribuido de grandes volúmenes de datos. • Power BI u otras herramientas de visualización de datos. • Metodologías Ágiles / Scrum — trabajo en sprints, ceremonias y entrega iterativa.
