¿Tienes facilidad para relacionarte con empresarios, identificar oportunidades y cerrar negocios?

Esta posición cuenta con una ventaja comercial importante: trabajarás dentro de una red de networking empresarial muy activa, con acceso a una amplia cartera de potenciales clientes, referidos y oportunidades de negocio. Por ello, buscamos una persona que sepa aprovechar este entorno, generar contactos, identificar necesidades concretas y convertirlas en ventas.

Principales funciones

  • Participar activamente en reuniones, encuentros individuales y eventos de networking empresarial, representando a la empresa y fortaleciendo su red de contactos.
  • Contactar y desarrollar relaciones con empresarios, prospectos y referidos pertenecientes a una amplia red de potenciales clientes.
  • Identificar las necesidades y oportunidades de cada empresa para ofrecerle la solución más adecuada.
  • Realizar reuniones de diagnóstico, presentar propuestas comerciales y conducir las oportunidades hasta el cierre.
  • Gestionar disciplinadamente el pipeline comercial, actualizar el CRM y efectuar el seguimiento necesario para cumplir las metas de venta.

Requisitos

  • Profesional universitario o egresado de Administración, Marketing, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Comunicaciones o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de tres años en ventas B2B, desarrollo de negocios o atención comercial a empresas.
  • Conocimiento general del funcionamiento de las empresas y capacidad para comprender necesidades de distintas áreas del negocio.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en prospección, diagnóstico comercial, presentación de propuestas, seguimiento, negociación y cierre.
  • Manejo de CRM y herramientas de Office o Google Workspace.
  • Disponibilidad para participar en reuniones virtuales y presenciales, encuentros de networking y eventos empresariales.
  • Experiencia en innovación, fondos concursables o ProInnóvate (No indispensable).

  • Modalidad mixta: trabajo virtual y asistencia presencial a reuniones comerciales, actividades de networking y eventos.
  • Horario: lunes a jueves de 8:00 a. m. a 6:00 p. m. y viernes de 8:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m.
  • Lugar de trabajo: Lima.
  • Acceso a una red de networking activa y a una amplia cartera de potenciales clientes y referidos.
  • Bono trimestral por cumplimiento de metas comerciales, adicional a su esquema de comisiones.
