Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Jefe(a) de Sistemas para liderar la gestión tecnológica de la organización, garantizar la continuidad operativa de los servicios de TI y fortalecer la seguridad de la información.

Funciones principales

  1. Ciberseguridad: diseñar, implementar y supervisar políticas y controles de seguridad; gestionar riesgos y vulnerabilidades; monitorear incidentes; coordinar planes de respuesta, respaldo, recuperación y continuidad operativa; y promover buenas prácticas de seguridad entre los usuarios.
  2. Mantenimiento del ERP SAP Business One: administrar, configurar y asegurar la disponibilidad del sistema; atender incidencias funcionales y técnicas; coordinar actualizaciones, integraciones y mejoras con usuarios y proveedores; y velar por la calidad e integridad de la información.
  3. Administración de licencias de Microsoft 365: gestionar altas, bajas, asignaciones y renovaciones; controlar el inventario y uso eficiente de licencias; administrar permisos y accesos; brindar soporte a los usuarios; y coordinar con proveedores cuando corresponda.

Requisitos

  • Profesional titulado(a) o bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Computación o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de tres años en administración de sistemas o posiciones similares, de preferencia con responsabilidades de liderazgo.
  • Experiencia comprobada en ciberseguridad, gestión de riesgos, controles de acceso, respaldos y atención de incidentes.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de administración y soporte de SAP Business One.
  • Experiencia en administración de Microsoft 365, usuarios, permisos y licenciamiento.

Estudios de especialización o certificaciones en:

  • Ciberseguridad y Seguridad de la Información —de preferencia en gestión de riesgos, respuesta a incidentes, continuidad del negocio o estándares como ISO/IEC 27001
  • SAP Certified Associate - SAP Business One
  • Administración de Microsoft 365
  • Se valorarán conocimientos complementarios en ITIL, gestión de proyectos y gobierno de TI.
