Als begeleider ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners, hun netwerk en je collega’s. Je biedt structuur, ondersteuning en een fijne dag, afgestemd op wat iemand nodig heeft en wat iemand gelukkig maakt.

Je werkt met twee groepen bewoners met een matig verstandelijke beperking. De eerste groep bestaat uit 6 ouder wordende bewoners (65-80 jaar) waar gezelligheid, humor en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. De tweede groep bestaat uit 11 bewoners (38-80 jaar) met uiteenlopende ondersteuningsvragen. Op beide groepen draag je bij aan een warme, veilige woonomgeving waar bewoners zichzelf kunnen zijn.

Wat je doet: • Begeleiding bieden die aansluit bij de mogelijkheden en wensen van de bewoner. • Ondersteunen bij ADL en dagelijkse activiteiten. • Cliënten begeleiden naar dagbesteding of samen invulling geven aan de dag. • Rapporteren en samenwerken met familie, vrijwilligers en andere zorgprofessionals.

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 richting Zorg & Welzijn
  • Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met begeleiding voor patiënten en ADL-zorg
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team en neemt zelf initiatief
  • Je weet wat het betekent om methodisch en planmatig te werken
  • Je houdt van duidelijkheid, humor en verbinding met cliënten en collega’s
  • Dankzij teamroosteren denk je mee over je werktijden en balans
