世界に先駆けてeVTOL（電動垂直離着陸機）の社会実装を実現するため、航空整備士訓練を開発する仕事です。設計データや整備マニュアルに基づき、整備士が備えるべき技能および知識を分析し、整備士養成のためのトレーニング要件を定義します。

主な業務内容

整備士資格・トレーニング要件の定義:

  • 当社の機体を整備するために必要な技能および知識の定義。
  • 必要な技能および知識を習得するための整備士養成プログラムの開発。
  • 整備士養成プログラムが当局の求める基準を満たしているかの証明・調整。

ステークホルダー間調整:

  • 規制当局（JCAB/FAA）のFSB（運航評価審査会）との合意形成の推進。

認証関連ドキュメントの作成・管理支援:

  • 審査に向けた資格評価計画書および運航評価審査会報告書の原案の作成と、当局による立会い審査の対応。

設計・MTB部門へのフィードバック:

  • 整備士資格および訓練に関する当局の要求事項（レギュレーション）を設計変更や整備方式に反映させるための調整。

必須スキル

  • 航空機整備の実務経験（5年以上）。
  • 整備士訓練体系構築のご経験。
  • 日常会話レベル以上の英語力。

歓迎スキル

  • eVTOLを含めた航空機開発プロセスに携わったご経験
  • AEG活動（特にFSB）への参加経験
  • 航空機の整備性・信頼性に関する設計並びに評価のご経験

勤務時間

  • 専門業務型裁量労働制制：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分

給与

  • 想定年収：700万円 - 1000万円 月給：584,000円 ~ 834,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、202,181 円 ~ 288,754円を支給 ※超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • 年収はスキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
