空飛ぶクルマの機体組立担当として、設計図に基づき、機体の各部品の組み立てから最終的な機体完成までの一連の作業を担当していただきます。高い精度と品質が求められる最先端の航空機製造において、安全性を確保するための重要な役割を担います。

  • 構造組立・艤装・電装作業及び作業員への教育・指導
  • 構造組立・艤装・電装手順書作成及び統制
  • 技工接点活動の推進
  • 工法開発、条件設定
  • 生産体制計画策定及び統制
  • 組立工程の原価・利益計画と管理 ※上記をチーム内で分担していただく形を想定しています。

必須スキル

  • 航空機構造組立または機体への艤装・電装作業を行った経験がある方
  • 仲間をリスペクトしながらも自分の考えを相手に伝えることができる方
  • チームで仕事を推進することができる方

雇用形態

  • 名古屋空港オフィス：愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場 県営名古屋空港2F 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • 2027年初旬に、現在の名古屋空港オフィスから静岡県磐田市の製造工場へ勤務地が変更となる予定です。 磐田市製造工場：静岡県磐田市 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制、もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）
  • 時間外労働：有

休日

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）
  • リフレッシュ休暇：勤続1,3,4,5年目に付与

給与

  • 想定年収：544万円 - 1000万円
  • 月給：454,000円 ~ 857,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 157,173円 ~ 296,697円を支給 ※超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • 年収はスキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
