業務内容

  • プロジェクトの計画と実行のリード: プロジェクト計画の策定、明確な目標設定、スケジュールの管理、品質、コスト、デリバリーを考慮した包括的なプロジェクト管理を行います。また、進捗状況やリソースを管理するための最適なプロジェクト管理ツールの選定、導入、運用も担当します。
  • モニタリングと報告: プロジェクトの状況、リスク、課題について、関係者やマネジメントに定期的かつ明確に報告します。各グループから情報を収集してプロジェクト全体の健全性を可視化し、計画通りに進むための解決策を積極的に提案します。また、グループ間に見過ごされている課題を発見して対応し、すべてのタスクに担当者がいることを確実にします。
  • プロセスの改善推進: 標準的なプロセスやテンプレートを開発し、プロジェクト管理のベストプラクティスを推進・導入します。また、議論が生産的で、すべての決定事項やアクションアイテムが明確に記録されるよう、ガバナンス会議を運営します。
  • 部門横断的な協業の促進: コミュニケーションのハブとなり、グループマネージャーをサポートし、チーム間の合意形成を促進します。部門横断的な協業を効果的に進め、課題を解決し、全員が共通の目標に向かって進むよう促します。

必須スキル

  • モビリティ関連（航空、自動車、または関連する分野）のプロジェクト管理経験（3年以上）
  • プロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験（例：MS Project、JIRA、Redmine） 管理スキル：計画立案～指示～フォロー～修正 技術スキル：開発対象や開発工程に関する知識 分析・問題解決スキル：仮説立案～検証、原因分析など コミュニケーションスキル：期待した結果を引き出すための雑談、会議運営、メール、チャットなど ツール利用スキル：プロジェクト管理ツールの理解・操作

歓迎スキル

  • プロジェクト管理関連の資格（PMP、PRINCE2など）の所有、又はPMBOKの深い理解
  • 航空宇宙やコンサル業界でプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験をお持ちの方
  • 設計や解析、製造、試験など、技術的なバックグランドや知識をお持ちの方

雇用形態

  • 正社員、もしくは契約社員
  • 試用期間：あり（3~6か月）

勤務地

  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制、もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

給与

  • 想定年収：864万円 - 1300万円
  • 月給：720,000円 ~ 1,080,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 249,306円 ~ 373,915円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
