マニュアル・整備性チームのリーダーとして、空飛ぶクルマ（eVTOL/電動垂直離発着機）の型式証明取得および商用運航に不可欠なICA（耐空性を継続するための指示書）の作成・開発をコア業務として統括いただきます。単なるマニュアル作成に留まらず、整備性向上の観点からICAの構成要素をエンジニアリングし、当局承認を勝ち取ることがミッションです。

主な業務内容

ICA（Instructions for Continued Airworthiness）の開発・管理（コア業務）:

  • AMM（整備マニュアル）、IPC（部品カタログ）等の作成および検証活動の実行並びに指揮

整備性（Maintainability）の追求と反映:

  • 効率的な整備を実現するためのエンジニアリング業務の実践および指揮
  • 整備現場で必要となるGSE（地上支援機材）の要件定義や開発活動指揮

当局調整と標準化活動:

  • ICAに係る認証計画の策定および適合性証明活動の実行および指揮
  • MRO体制構築に係る検討や調整

チームマネジメント:

  • マニュアル・整備性チームの進捗管理、技術指針の策定、およびメンバー育成

必須スキル

  • 航空業界おけるICA（またはそれに準ずる整備技術資料）の作成・管理経験
  • 航空機の整備経験
  • チームリーダー、またはプロジェクトのリード経験
  • 日常会話レベル以上の英語力

歓迎スキル

  • eVTOLもしくは航空機メーカーでのご経験
  • MTB、FOEB、FSB等への参加経験、または当局への技術説明経験
  • GSE（地上支援機材）の選定・仕様策定の経験
  • 一等航空整備士のライセンス、または航空工学のバックグラウンド

  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • 必要に応じて出張が発生します。
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • 専門業務型裁量労働制制：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）

給与

  • 想定年収：700万円 - 1000万円 月給：584,000円 ~ 834,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、202,181 円 ~ 288,754円を支給 ※超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • 年収はスキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
