このポジションの魅力

具体的な役割

  • 同時通訳（日⇔英）： eVTOL開発に関わる社内技術会議、事業開発に関わる会議、経営会議、取締役会議、国内外のパートナー（航空局・サプライヤー等）との調整における同時通訳。
  • 文化の架け橋： 多国籍チームにおけるコミュニケーションの円滑化。
  • 現場でのライブ対応： 飛行試験やデモ飛行会場など、動きのある現場での通訳。

応募要件 必須

  • 同時通訳の実務経験（3年以上）： 製造業、IT、航空、自動車など、テクニカルな分野での経験を重視します。
  • 知的好奇心： 未知の技術用語や航空規制を自ら進んで学び、専門性を高めることを楽しめる方。
  • 普通自動車免許： 試験場への移動などで必要となります。

歓迎

  • RSI（遠隔同時通訳）のスキル： Zoom等の機能を使いこなし、スムーズな会議運営をサポートできる方。
  • 航空宇宙産業における専門知識をお持ちの方は大歓迎です。

*なお、業界経験は必須ではありません。 自動車や鉄道など、他の輸送機器業界での経験をお持ちの方も広く募集しています。

雇用形態

  • 正社員、もしくは契約社員
  • 試用期間：あり（3~6か月）

勤務地

  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置 本ポジションは万博会場やその他試験場等への出張が一定頻度で発生します
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制、もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）
  • 時間外労働：有

休日

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）
  • リフレッシュ休暇：勤続1,3,4,5年目に付与

給与

  • 想定年収：550万円 - 815万円
  • 月給：459,000円 ~ 680,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 158,938 円 ~ 235,451 円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定

  • 通勤手当、出張手当、単身赴任手当、引越し手当、他 ※諸条件あり
