業務内容

空飛ぶクルマの開発・販売を行う当社にて、社内バックオフィスの維持/構築に向けてインフラ担当として、以下の業務に携わっていただきます。

  • 新拠点設立時のインフラ整備（建築土木、電気、給排水など工事の仕様検討から工事検収まで取りまとめ）
  • 各種試験サポート（設備導入・増設検討、施工業者とのやり取り一式）
  • オフィス、試験場メンテナンス（不具合箇所の補修検討、施工業者とのやり取り一式）
  • 市や県など行政機関への報告、拠点維持のための連携

必須スキル

  • 保全業務(ビル、オフィス、工場の建物設備管理など）または施工管理やその補佐のご経験
  • 建築、電気、機械設備に関する知識（どれか 1 つで可）
  • 自チームはもちろん他部署（エンジニア）や社外業者と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
  • officeソフトやGoogle workspaceの操作
  • 普通自動車免許ならびに自家用車の所有

歓迎スキル

  • 工場、オフィスの立ち上げプロジェクト経験のある方
  • AutoCAD、Jw_cad 等建築、電気設計系のソフトの利用経験
  • 日常会話レベル以上の英語力

雇用形態

  • 試用期間：あり（3~6か月）

勤務地

  • 豊田市内試験場：愛知県豊田市内旭地区（住所非公開） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙所設置
  • 状況に応じて、他拠点（東京・静岡・山口等）への出張が発生します
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）
  • 時間外労働：有

休日

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）

給与

  • 想定年収：550万円 - 800万円
  • 月給：459,000円 ~ 667,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 158,938円 ~ 230,950円を支給 ※超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • 年収はスキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
