当社の革新的な「空飛ぶクルマ（eVTOL）」を日本国内の市場へ実装し、事業化を力強く牽引する【超実践型の事業開発・トップ営業】を募集します。

本ポジションは、綺麗な戦略を描くだけの「企画職」ではありません。不確実性の高い最先端モビリティビジネスにおいて、自ら顧客のトップ層へアプローチし、潜在ニーズをロジカルに顕在化させ、2028年の実装に向けた機体契約を泥臭く勝ち取ってくる「クローザー」としての役割を期待しています。

経営陣や技術チームと密に連携しながら、前例のない市場を自らの営業力で切り拓く、エキサイティングなポジションです。

  1. 仮説に基づく新規開拓とキーマンアプローチ： 自社機体の販売および事業化につながる顧客・市場仮説を構築し、自治体、インフラ企業、大手事業会社、地場有力企業等を対象とした新規開拓を推進する。意思決定層に対するアプローチからリレーション構築、商談機会の創出までを自ら一気通貫で実行し、仮説の検証と改善を重ねながら有望案件の最大化を図る。
  2. 市場を創り出す「ユースケース開発」の企画・立案： 単に機体を売るだけでなく、各地域や企業の特性に合わせた具体的かつ、ステークホルダーが賛同するユースケースをゼロから構想・開発する。
  3. バックキャスト型の顧客課題分析・価値提案： 空飛ぶクルマが普及する将来を見据え、顧客の事業環境や潜在課題、将来的な機会を分析する。導入によって創出される付加価値や投資対効果を、データおよび論理的な仮説に基づき具体化し、顧客にとっての「今取り組む意義」を明確にした提案を企画・推進する。
  4. 大型案件の契約締結（クロージング）と交渉リード： 前例のない不確実な商材ゆえに発生する顧客の懸念点を一つずつ潰し、粘り強い交渉と圧倒的な課題解決力によって、商談を「契約締結（機体販売・サービス導入）」という確実なマネタイズまで着実に導く。
  5. プロジェクトの進行管理と社内フィードバック： 担当した案件の進捗管理、契約書対応、法務・技術チームとの調整を主導。また、前線の顧客のリアルな声を開発チームへ迅速にフィードバックし、プロダクトやサービスの市場適合（PMF）を牽引する。
  6. 事業開発の延長線における資金調達の支援： 大型プロジェクトの推進や事業拡大に伴い、協業パートナーなどに対する事業計画のプレゼンテーション、ピッチ、出資交渉のアシストを行い、事業開発の側面から会社の資金調達を支える。

本ポジションは業務特性上、国内出張が発生します。出張以外の期間は、ご自宅からのリモートワークを基本としつつ、業務上の必要に応じてオフィスへ出社いただく、ハイブリッドワークスタイルを採用しています

必須スキル

以下すべてを満たす方

  • 法人営業において、トップクラス（上位10%以内など）の成績を収め、高い目標を達成してきた個人実績をお持ちの方
  • 訪問件数、キーマン接触率、商談移行率などの「KPI・行動量」を徹底的に自己管理し、感覚ではなくロジックに基づいて成果を出してきた経験
  • 価格、前例のなさ、社内通しの難易度など「顧客にとって導入のハードルが高い」商材において、顧客の社内意思決定プロセス（稟議フローやキーマンの巻き込み）を自らコントロールし、を勝ち取った経験

歓迎スキル

  • 航空宇宙関係やeVTOL業界におけるご経験をお持ちの方
  • 新規事業立ち上げ、またはスタートアップでのゼロイチ（0→1）の営業・マネタイズ経験
  • 大型案件における受注から契約交渉、官公庁・自治体対応までを一気通貫で回した経験
  • 事業計画（P/L、CF等）の策定経験、または投資家向けピッチ、出資交渉などファイナンスに関わった経験
  • 地域開発/事業開発/新規事業に関する案件受注から契約交渉、出資交渉、収益管理、進捗管理、官公庁対応など、あらゆる業務を幅広くこなすプロジェクト管理経験、実務経験をお持ちの方
  • 事業計画策定のご経験

雇用形態

  • 東京オフィス（東京都千代田区平河町一丁目3番13号 平河町フロントビル3階） 受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙
  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • 大阪オフィス（大阪府大阪市北区梅田1-3-1-800 大阪駅前第一ビル8F） 受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙 ご希望に応じて初任勤務地を決定致します。 初任勤務地が「東京オフィス」、「大阪オフィス」の場合は、基本的にはリモートワークとなります 必要に応じて出張が発生します。
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし

給与

  • 想定年収：900万円 - 1,200万円
  • 月給：750,000円 ~ 1,000,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、259,632円 ~ 346,205円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
