当社は「空の移動革命」の実現を目指し、空飛ぶクルマの開発・製造を行っています。このポジションでは、当社の革新的な製品の品質と安全性を保証するため、製造、組立、そして厳格な検査業務を担っていただきます。

  • 検査業務: 部品、組立品、完成品について、寸法、機能、外観などの項目を厳格に検査し、不具合がないかを確認します。
  • 品質管理: 検査結果の記録、不良品の特定、原因究明、および関連部署（設計、開発、サプライチェーンなど）へのフィードバックを行います。
  • ドキュメント作成: マニュアルやチェックリストに基づき作業を進め、作業報告書、検査記録などを正確に作成・管理します。
  • 改善活動: 製造プロセスや検査方法の改善提案を行い、製品の品質向上と効率化に貢献します。

必須スキル

  • 製造業における組立、または検査の実務経験（3年以上）
  • マイクロメーター、ノギス、トルクレンチなどの測定工具や検査機器の正確な使用経験
  • 図面（機械図面、電気配線図など）を読み解く能力

歓迎スキル

  • 航空宇宙業界に関連する知識
  • ISO 9001やJIS Q 9100,AS9100などの品質管理基準に関する知識
  • 英語での技術的コミュニケーション能力
  • 品質保証、品質管理（特に航空宇宙業界の組立検査）の経験
  • サプライヤーマネジメント経験

雇用形態

  • 試用期間：あり（3~6か月）

勤務地

  • 名古屋空港オフィス：愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場 県営名古屋空港2F 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • 2026年夏頃に、現在の名古屋空港オフィスから静岡県磐田市の製造工場へ勤務地が変更となる予定です。
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制、もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）
  • 時間外労働：有

休日

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）
  • リフレッシュ休暇：勤続1,3,4,5年目に付与

給与

  • 想定年収：500万円 - 800万円
  • 月給：417,000円 ~ 667,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 144,377円 ~ 230,950円を支給 ※超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • 年収はスキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
