当社が開発する「空飛ぶクルマ」の運航に向け、運航体制の構築、監督官庁との調整、計画・規程などの作成・申請、業務設計、要員の教育訓練などの運航準備、顧客や提携先などに対する「空飛ぶクルマ」運航に向けたコンサルティング・業務支援などを担当頂きます。

当社が実用化を目指して開発を進めている「空飛ぶクルマ」は世界でも、まだ実用化事例のない先端的な機体開発となります。このため機体開発に留まらず、運航に関しても当社で必要な体制を構築し、自社、ないしは顧客サイドでの運航をスムーズに立ち上げる必要があります。今回のポジションでは「空飛ぶクルマ」実用化・商用化の中核人材として、運航体制構築を運航部門の長としてリードして頂くことを期待しています。

必須スキル

１及び２の経験・スキルを満たす方で、国内外を問わず出張が可能な方。

  1. 以下いずれも満たす方 ・航空会社・航空機使用事業会社（固定翼、回転翼問わず）での運航部門の管理経験を3年以上お持ちの方。 ・航空法、サーキュラー等に精通している方。 ・許認可規程の作成及び申請に携わった経験をお持ちの方。 ・ドキュメント、プレゼン資料作成のPCスキルをお持ちの方。 ・英語能力（TOEIC650、英検2級、航空英語能力証明取得レベル以上）
  2. 以下いずれか1つ以上満たす方 ・安全統括管理者の経験を有する方。 ・JCAB事業用操縦士又は運航管理者の資格を有している方。 ・航空運送事業許可、航空機使用事業許可の新規取得、事業計画の変更に携わった経験をお持ちの方。

  • 東京オフィス（東京都千代田区平河町一丁目3番13号 平河町フロントビル3階） 受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙
  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置
  • 大阪オフィス（大阪府大阪市北区梅田1-3-1-800 大阪駅前第一ビル8F） 受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙 ご希望に応じて初任勤務地を決定致します。 初任勤務地が「東京オフィス」もしくは「大阪オフィス」の場合は、基本的にはリモートワークとなります。
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

休日

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）
  • リフレッシュ休暇：勤続1,3,4,5年目に付与

給与

  • 想定年収：685万円 - 1300万円
  • 月給：571,000円 ~ 1,084,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 197,680 円 ~ 375,239 円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
