空飛ぶクルマ(eVTOL)の社会実装を実現するための資金調達実務を担うポジションです。SkyDriveでは、空飛ぶクルマの社会実装に向けて、機体開発・認証取得・事業開発を加速しています。ディープテック領域における事業成長には、技術開発だけでなく、それを支える大型かつ戦略的な資金調達が不可欠です。これまで国内外の事業会社・金融機関・投資家との資金調達を推進してきましたが、今後さらなる成長に向けて、資金調達および投資家対応の実務を担うメンバーを募集します。経理・管理業務ではなく、会社の未来を左右するファイナンス戦略の最前線に携わるポジションです。

業務内容

経営陣・ファイナンスチームと連携しながら、主にエクイティを中心とした資金調達実務および投資家対応を担当いただきます。

  • エクイティでの資金調達 投資家候補のリストアップ・コミュニケーション 面談調整・投資家対応 DD（デューデリジェンス）対応 契約締結・払込までのクロージング実務
  • 投資家向け資料・分析業務 事業計画・財務モデルの更新支援 ピッチ資料・投資家説明資料の作成 市場・競合・資本市場のリサーチ
  • ステークホルダー対応 既存株主・金融機関とのコミュニケーション 社内関係部門との調整 必要に応じた補助金・ファイナンス関連業務

働き方に関する補足

  • 入社後、オンボーディング期間中は週3〜4日程度、東京オフィスへの出勤が必要となります。
  • 業務に慣れて自立した後は、リモートワークを基本とした働き方が可能です。ただし、対面でのコミュニケーションも重視したく、出社の対応が必要となる点にご留意ください。
  • 資金調達の繁忙期には、週に1回（宿泊あり）程度の頻度で出張が発生します。

必須要件

以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方

  • 法人営業・金融営業・投資関連業務経験
  • 事業会社での経営企画・財務・IR・事業開発経験
  • コンサルティング・FAS・投資銀行・VC等での業務経験
  • 高いオーナーシップを持ち、複数関係者を巻き込みながら業務推進した経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員、もしくは契約社員
  • 試用期間：あり（3~6か月）

勤務地

  • 東京オフィス（東京都千代田区平河町一丁目3番13号 平河町フロントビル3階） 受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし

給与

  • 想定年収：600万円 - 1000万円
  • 月給：500,000円 ~ 834,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 173,058円 ~ 288,754円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
