当社の革新的な「空飛ぶクルマ（eVTOL）」を海外市場へ実装し、事業化を力強く牽引する【超実践型の事業開発・トップ営業】を募集します。本ポジションは、綺麗な戦略を描くだけの「企画職」ではありません。不確実性の高い最先端モビリティビジネスにおいて、自ら顧客のトップ層へアプローチし、潜在ニーズをロジカルに顕在化させ、2028年の実装に向けた機体契約を泥臭く勝ち取ってくる「クローザー」としての役割を期待しています。

経営陣や技術チームと密に連携しながら、前例のない市場を自らの営業力で切り拓く、エキサイティングなポジションです。

業務内容

1. 有望顧客・パートナーの新規開拓

  • 自社機体の販売・事業化につながる顧客・市場仮説を構築し、海外の自治体、インフラ企業、大手事業会社、地場有力企業等を対象とした新規開拓を推進する。
  • 意思決定層（キーマン）へのダイレクトアプローチからリレーション構築、商談機会の創出までを一気通貫で実行する。

2. ユースケースと案件の具体化

  • 単に機体を売り込むだけでなく、各地域や企業の特性に合わせた具体的なユースケース（活用シナリオ）を構想・提案する。
  • 導入による付加価値やROI（投資対効果）をデータと論理に基づいて示し、顧客にとっての「今取り組む意義」を明確にした案件の具体化を行う。

3. 商業条件の交渉と契約締結（クロージング）

  • 前例のない商材ゆえに発生する顧客の懸念点を丁寧かつ粘り強く解消する。
  • 圧倒的な課題解決力をもって商業条件の交渉をリードし、機体販売やサービス導入などの確実なマネタイズ（契約締結）まで着実に導く。

尚、「資金調達支援」「規制・官公庁対応」「プロジェクト進行管理」等の業務も担当いただきますが、主責任ではなく、案件獲得および契約締結に必要な範囲で社内専門チームや関係者と連携・支援する位置づけとなります。

※働き方に関する補足 本ポジションは業務特性上、国内外の出張が発生します。出張以外の期間は、ご自宅からのリモートワークを基本としつつ、業務上の必要に応じて東京オフィスまたは名古屋空港オフィスのいずれかの拠点へ出社いただく、ハイブリッドワークスタイルを採用しています

必須スキル

  • 海外法人営業、海外事業開発、またはそれに準ずる実務経験
  • 経営層を含む複数の意思決定者を巻き込み、大型・長期案件を前進させた経験
  • 自ら案件を発掘し、提案、商談・交渉、契約締結まで主導した経験
  • 英語での顧客商談、交渉、プレゼンテーションができるコミュニケーション能力
  • 定量的に営業活動およびパイプラインを自己管理してきた経験

歓迎スキル

  • 航空宇宙、モビリティ、インフラ、エネルギー等の規制産業での営業・事業開発経験
  • 海外駐在、海外拠点、または多国籍チームのマネジメント経験
  • 官公庁・自治体との協議・折衝経験
  • 出資・ファイナンス・事業計画策定に関わった経験
  • 英語以外の外国語（スペイン語、アラビア語、ヒンディー語、中国語等）
  • ゼロイチ（0→1）での営業立ち上げ・マネタイズ経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員、もしくは契約社員
  • 試用期間：あり（3~6か月）

勤務地

  • 東京オフィス（東京都千代田区平河町一丁目3番13号 平河町フロントビル3階） 受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙
  • 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置 ご希望に応じて初任勤務地を決定致します。 初任勤務地が「東京オフィス」の場合は、基本的にはリモートワークとなります 必要に応じて出張が発生します。
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

  • 年間休日115（土・日、年末年始、会社指定）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）

給与

  • 想定年収：900万円 - 1,200万円 月給：750,000円 ~ 1,000,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、259,632円 ~ 346,205円を支給 超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
  • スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
