職務概要

現在、開発を進めている空飛ぶクルマ「SKYDRIVE」の社内飛行試験や機体引渡時及び引渡後の整備作業を主に担当して頂きます。整備マニュアルの検討や整備士訓練体制の構築から開発に参画頂くと共に、実際の機体の整備業務を担って頂きます。

具体的な役割

  • 社内飛行試験、機体引渡時及び引渡後に必要となる整備業務(点検、修理、改造、検査)
  • 整備マニュアルの実作業可否の確認、修正の提案
  • 整備士訓練体制構築
  • GSE（航空機地上支援機材）の仕様検討

※当ポジションは業務内容の特性上、豊田市内の試験場や他県の国内試験場、万博会場への中長期間の出張が発生します。

仕事の魅力

必須スキル

航空機整備のご経験があり、かつ下記のいずれかの資格をお持ちの方

  • 一等航空整備士(回転翼航空機)
  • 二等航空整備士(回転翼航空機)
  • 一等航空整備士(飛行機)
  • 二等航空整備士(飛行機)

歓迎スキル

  • 航空運送事業や航空機使用事業会社等で幅広く整備業務に携わった経験をお持ちの方
  • 実務上使用可能なレベルの英語力をお持ちの方
  • 訓練提供経験をお持ちの方
  • 整備マニュアルの作成に携わった経験をお持ちの方
  • 航空当局への許可申請、および調整経験をお持ちの方

  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）もしくは裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分 フレックスタイム制の場合：1日当たりの労働時間：8時間、コアタイムなし
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）
  • 時間外労働：有

休日

  • 年間休日115日（土・日、年末年始、会社指定休日）
  • 有給休暇※入社月により付与日数は変動します。（会社規定に準ずる）

給与

  • 想定年収：544万円 - 816万円
  • 月給：454,000円 ~ 680,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 157,173円 ~ 235,451円を支給
