当社は、革新的なeVTOL航空機を開発しており、その製造における組立プロセスの品質と効率は、製品の成功に不可欠です。この度、M&P エンジニア（組立プロセス担当）として、当社機体の組立に使用される材料やプロセスの仕様策定・管理を担っていただく方を募集します。設計、製造、品質保証チームと緊密に連携し、当社の機体が最高の安全性と信頼性を持って組み立てられるよう、技術的な側面から貢献していただきます。

  • 複合材や金属部品の穴あけ、締結（ファスニング）、接着に関する最適なプロセスや材料を選定し、仕様書を作成
  • 接着剤、シーラント、潤滑剤、締結部品など、組立に使用される各種材料の選定とプロセスを設定し仕様書を作成
  • 新しい組立材料や技術の調査・評価を行い、既存プロセスの改善や新技術の導入を提案
  • 製造現場で発生した組立関連の技術的問題や不適合に対し、根本原因を特定し、解決策を提案
  • 性能試験や信頼性評価を通じて、選定された材料とプロセスの適合性を検証。
  • 設計チームと連携し、組立のしやすさやメンテナンス性を考慮した材料・プロセスを選定
  • 製造チームと協力し、策定した仕様や手順が円滑に現場で適用されるようサポート
  • 航空規制当局（JCAB, FAAなど）と連携・折衝し、組立プロセスに関する技術的な承認や証明を取得

必須スキル

  • 航空機における組立作業の仕様書（スペック）作成の実務経験
  • 航空機の製造プロセスに関連するご経験
  • 複合材に関する知識
  • 日常会話レベル以上の英語力

歓迎スキル

  • 航空規格および規制（例：FAA Part 25, AS9100, NADCAP）に関する実務知識と経験
  • 航空規制当局との折衝・交渉経験
  • 材料科学、航空宇宙工学、または関連分野での学士号または修士号
  • 新規航空機プログラムにおける組立プロセスの立ち上げ経験
  • 新材料の評価、または新技術のR&Dプロジェクトの経験
  • 品質管理システム（QMS）の運用経験

  • ご希望により、下記オフィスのいずれかから、初任勤務地を決定いたします。 県営名古屋空港ターミナルビル（愛知県西春日井郡豊山町大字豊場） 受動喫煙対策：喫煙専用室設置

  • リモートワークも導入しており、柔軟な働き方が可能です
  • 変更の範囲：会社の定める場所 (テレワークを行う場所を含む)

勤務時間

  • 裁量労働制 裁量労働制の場合：みなし労働時間/日：10時間00分
  • 基本の勤務時間：9:00 ～ 18:00 （休憩60分）

  • 年間休日115日（土・日、年末年始、会社指定休日）

給与

  • 想定年収：700万円 - 1000万円
  • 月給：584,000円~857,000円 固定残業報酬：45時間、 202,181円~299,697円を支給
  • スキル、経験、能力を考慮の上、決定
